Pretty bad pedicure. The nail artist got red paint all over my toes, and the pedicure is bumpy/bubbly. This place is really hit or miss.

NEVER AGAIN! I've been coming to this salon for about 6 months, and they've started to go down in quality very quickly. It takes a lot for me to say something at the nail salon, but I had to speak up at this appointment. For years, I've gotten SNS manicures and this place gave me the worst service I've ever received. Today I got a darker color and the powder dyed my fingers because the tech got the bonding agent on my skin as well. I asked her to try to get some of it off and she said "no". It took me three hours at home trying to get it off myself before my hands looks slightly presentable. My nails are uneven despite my repeated requests for the tech to fix them. She even cut my finger with the nail clippers and was annoyed at me when I flinched in pain.. The top coat had not finished drying before the tech started my hand massage so my thumb is a little messed up. I pointed it out and she just put another top coat on and shoved my hand over to the fan. This didn't fix the situation at all; it only made the mistake more noticable. I asked if there was another way to fix it and she said I'd have to pay $7 for her to redo the whole nail. I wasn't going to sit through the poor service again. The worst part was when I got up to leave, the tech demanded that I pay for the previous dip to be soaked off. That has NEVER happened at this studio or any other studio I've been to when I'm having the same service done. Had that information been relayed at the start of the appointment, I would have gone somewhere else. After receiving a very lackluster service and dealing with the tech's extremely poor attitude/manners, I still tipped 15% and the tech scoffed at me! I will not be returning to this salon and I highly suggest you don't waste your time or money.

snailz charged my card when I arrived at the appointment and texted/emailed me but did not update the manager of the salon. They almost made me pay double because they did not receive the payment.
